We Are Here to Help
"Full coverage" refers to having both liability insurance and physical damage coverage for your vehicle. Liability insurance fixes the people (medical expenses) and property of others that you damage while using your vehicle. In most states, this coverage is required. Physical damage coverage repairs or replaces your vehicle in an accident or other causes like theft, hail, etc. Physical damage coverage is optional.
Accidents and disasters do not discriminate. If your home or auto were to be damaged and you didn't have the funds to replace or repair your home, auto or belongings, then you should purchase insurance.
Most homeowners, renters/tenant, and business property insurance policies do not cover flood insurance. This is usually a separate policy.
Your business policy will not cover your tenant and their contents in your building. We recommend that all landlords require their tenant to carry their own insurance whether it is a business policy or a renters policy.
